  2. Online Mode:
    The ERS Online Control Panel has a set comprehensive online feature to allow you to add your client information (mobile number), customize your SMS message (templates), and set the reminders to be sent out at specific date.

Email Reminder

Email Reminder Service, as its name implies, uses Email as the delivery mechanism to inform your clients, friends and associate on selected day(s) to send an email (reminder email) message to them.

Like its SMS Reminder Service counterpart, it has a easy-to-use interface for you to customize your email message template.

This feature is great if you can send an email to them earlier, especially if the event is some time away, and then follow up with an SMS closer to the date.
